Imagine washing your hands over and over until the skin breaks into dozens of sores. Imagine that your only remaining friend is a bottle or a white, powdery line. Imagine that the happiest moment of your entire life was actually just your mind playing tricks.
Mental disorder is the closest thing there is to hell. It is to be a prisoner of your own mind; whether it be schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, anorexia, OCD, autism or substance abuse. The victims remain ignored like lepers – and psychiatric researchers have to fight tooth and nail to get funding.
