I am an atheist/agnostic, depending on the circumstances, so in general I can say I am not religious. I do admire religion though, since it is a bizarre and incredibly potent way of mass manipulation. It has given rise to wars, quarrels and great works of art throughout the history, and then I’m not just talking about christianity or islam. Religion is inspirational to those believing in it. I like church furniture. It has something grand, something special, at least it has in my opinion. Recently I found the site of a British antique shop specializing in old church furniture and generally all things religious and antique. These clergy chairs caught my attention… If I had a dungeon of my own I would want a chair like this to tie my experiments to…

Somehow, those chairs look out place in a dungeon.
I especially like the first one since it’s black… For some reason heavy gothic style furniture always makes me think of victorian households…
Yea I agree looks like that, for a dungeon I guess a dentist chair, saloon chair, electric torture chair or throne are more appropriate.
Oh yes, the dentist’s chair… I agree that is one great piece of furniture…
It all depends on what exactly you’re planning on doing with it…
I once saw a very good scene which took place in a victorian household setting, it was really captivating and that sot of made me think 🙂
I’m not religious but I appreciate a beautiful church and what’s inside it!
