The Lethality of Loneliness: How Isolation Can Kill You

Recent research has shown that loneliness, defined as the unfulfilled need for intimacy and closeness, is a condition that severely impacts the health and wellbeing of people, in a couple very astonishing ways… (By example, loneliness can change a person’s genetic makeup for the worse!)

  1. We as humans need the physical contact, even just good conversation. We need some type of interaction to survive
