Words you won’t use…

I love “mamohlapinatapai”… The word is so difficult to pronounce (I have no idea where to start really) that it’s no surprise that it refers to unspoken desire…  As for “Tingo”, that sounds like a pretty hilarious thing to do, although it seems unlikely that your neighbor wouldn’t notice it until the last object… My question for you people out there: does your native language have bizarre words like these too?

    I think my favorite unusual English word is “defenestrate,” which perhaps obviously to anyone who speaks any German or similar, means something along the lines of “to throw out a window.” But being the curious sort that I am, I did google “weird English words and idioms” and came up with a spectacular list of words I have never used and probably never will.
