Illusions… I live on/in them… Finding an occasion to wear Joshua Demonte’s jewelry pieces will most likely be hard, but gosh how they are awesome! A delicate red carpeted staircase around your neck, a strangely distorted brick house bracelet, an aqueduct collar? Me loves… This jewelry plays with the perception of reality and has a slightly Escher-esque feel to it…

I will admit an affinity for unique things….just not sure where one could wear these too….the obvious would be a costume party of some sort, but I wonder what just walking around all day with one of those collars on would do to the people around you….hahahah especially if you adamantly refuse to acknowledge you have it on. hahaha

    I make them on order… after having made hats for a big percentage of the patients on our department, the nurses put a halt to it and made my crafty hats forbidden…

Why do you have to find an occasion to wear them? Just make one.

This coming from the one most likely to wear something outlandish or of the wrong time period for no particular reason…
