Repurposed books make lovely journals…

Old books have character, they have history! I hate it when people throw away books; I for myself can’t bear the thought, not even when they’re really damaged, not even when I didn’t like reading them. I mean, they are a piece of history, both personal and cultural. I find it a miracle how so much knowledge can fit in such a tiny, carry-able thing. Therefor I love the Ex Libris Anonymous initiative that repurposes old books and turns them into lovely journals. They’re not expensive and definitely unique! I have to thank the wonderful http://prideinmadness.wordpress.com/ for suggesting this site to me…

No matter if you would like a very awkward grown woman hugging a creepy doll on your journal or would love your favorite children’s book cover to hide your secrets, on http://bookjournals.com/ you’ll find what you like!

About quantumphysica

My name is QuantumPhysica The Insane, but you can call me QP. I am insane, admitted to a mental hospital in Belgium, and waiting for a decent diagnosis at the moment. Once I was a physics student with goals in life and what more; now I'm simply the patient of Room 93. Ever wondered what life is like in the psychiatric ward? I'll tell you everything you ever wanted to know... I am... particularly twitchy of personality. But I also am genuinely interested in everything. There is nothing that doesn't interest me, really. Everything, from quantum computers to fashion and cars to traveling... I also give advice. On anything. No taboos whatsoever. And I make lists of things...
